Adriana Christopoulos is the founder and certified fitness professional behind Boomers for Fitness, a program designed to improve the physical, emotional, and social well-being of older adults through specialized workout programs. With over 20+ years of experience in the field and certifications in several areas, including personal training, Nordic pole walking, yoga, and body training systems, Adriana has helped hundreds of older adults achieve their health and fitness goals.
Our expertise lies in assessing and addressing of posture and movement habits, as well as understanding full health history through the Integrative Movement System™. This allows us to find the underlying cause that may be holding you back from reaching your physical goals in work, life, play, or sport.

Adriana is certified as an Older Adult Specialist, a Personal Trainer, Nordic Pole Walking instructor, a Body Training Systems Instructor, and a Yoga Instructor. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid.
