    Boomers For Fitness is designed specifically for people aged 50 and above.

    We offer personalized workout programs that can be done in the comfort of your own home or condo. We also offer virtual programs for those who prefer to workout from the safety of their own homes. For group workouts, we rent a place where we can all workout together.

    All workouts are led by our certified fitness professional, Adriana Christopoulos, and her team.

    Adriana is certified as an Older Adult Specialist, a Personal Trainer, Nordic Pole Walking instructor, a Body Training Systems Instructor, and a Yoga Instructor. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid.
