Dr. Alwyn Wong
A Toronto-based chiropractor and author of The Kick Acid Diet ®. He has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over fifteen years and brings with him a wealth of experience. He uses an integrated treatment approach, combining active release techniques (ART®), acupuncture, chiropractic, nutritional consulting and program design to treat a range of patients, from the older adult to professional and elite athletes.

Nicole Shuckett
Has a passion for working with older adults. After 11 years at Baycrest Hospital, Nicole gained valuable insight and knowledge about a wide range of illnesses facing older adults and the nutrition challenges that go along with them. She currently has more than 14 years of experience as a Registered Dietician. Her training and experience will help Boomer clients achieve a better quality of life and improved lifestyle by dealing with diet and nutritional challenges.

Lydia Majerle
Graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College in 2006. She also attended York University taking courses in Kinesiology and Sociology. Over the years she has worked with a number of elite athletes, the National Ballet of Canada, Cirque du Soleil’s Kooza and Banana Shpeel, as well as Toronto’s stage productions The Little House on the Prairie and The Merchants of Bollywood. She has taken courses in deep tissue and facial massage, and has also completed an instructor’s course in Fletcher Pilates.

A Registered Occupational Therapist and Registered Nutritional Practitioner.
